Fernhill:              $1050   (Deposit = $525.00)

Carriage House: $1215   (Deposit = $607.50)

Hillside:             $1380   (Deposit = $690.00)

Main House:      $2770   (Deposit = $1385.00)

We offer a 5% discount on the weeks of June 24-July 1 and August 12-19, a 10% discount on the week of August 19-26, and a 15% discount the week of August 26-September 2.
